"I went there yesterday 03-23-24 to get manicure, pedicure, and waxing done for my graduation pictures and all the staff was funny and extremely nice. Even the manager he was funny. The girl who worked on me was only there for 2 months a d she did amazing. I didn't have cash on me to give her a tip so I'm going back today to give tip when they open and I'll be back in April and may. :)"

"My nail tech is amazing, and her work looks beautiful. The rest of the staff - especially the owner - is extremely rude and, frankly, makes it uncomfortable because of his poor people skills. Perhaps he should just stay home. It seems the rest of the staff is in a bad mood because of his abuse. The tension with his staff is palpable. Unfortunate. Best my nails have looked in years."

"The man doing my nails put waaaay too thick of gel layers on. The texture on most my nails is tacky and bubbly. By the time I drove home I realized my pinky and ring finger are still wet and now my hands are a gross black mess. Would have been better off just having my previous manicure prior to coming in rather than paying $50 for this. UPDATE: Took a hot shower and this is the aftermath. My toes had the same black gel color applied and still are holding up great. Manicure on the other hand not so much. Looks like one person did their job and the other didn’t. UPDATE: I drove back to Colorado Springs from Denver the day after this. The man doing my nails previously graciously welcomed me and was very apologetic. He did my nails free of charge and offered a partial refund. Unfortunately, the same thing happened. Too thick of layers were applied and became a mess later on in the day. I had to go to another nail salon in my area to have it fixed unfortunately. Wish I could improve my review more since he was so nice, but it really just came down to a dissatisfaction in the quality of service."

"Great salon. Howie did awesome manicure, soak off gel and new acrylics great job! Pampered and great look. Love it. Definitely recommend. It was a new look for me and the outcome was great."

"i got my nails done on Saturday. they were supposed to be dip! i used to go here faithfully but then stopped going and this trip made me remember why. the girl asked if i wanted my cuticles clipped so i said yes then at the end, she tells me my bill is $65 bc of the manicure which i never asked for!! she was not friendly at all and couldn’t stop telling me about how terrible my cuticles were smh.. now my nails are peeling off like press ons! a waste of my money and will never go back!"
