"Absolute nightmare hack job done on my son's hair. I won't embarrass my son by posting the pictures I took of the front, but just imagine the same kind of hacking done all over his bangs (which he asked only to be trimmed, and asked that she only take a VERY little bit off the top). We went back because my son was very upset, and she did fix the back, but not before blaming my son for having a "thing in the back of his head" (a tendon which 100% of the population has) and saying it was because his hair "grows every which way" (not true and even if it was, isn't that why you go to school to learn how to cut hair?). No refund offered and we just wanted to get out of there as it was obvious to me she was not going to accept responsibility for any of it. She didn't listen to anything that my son asked for in a haircut."
"You can't communicate with the app or text service you use? That's odd. Blaming corporate for your lack of connection to the thing you push on people to get a hair cut? No text message received that my elderly mother was next in line, then blamed everyone else on your lack of accountability for the business you run. So baffling. Cut was good for her but the hassle was not. 2 stars. Do better."
