"I would rather pay the extra for the nice haircut than go back here. I asked for my hair to be cut even all the way around and she actually gave me the same Bob style as herself. She also thinned out the bottom without asking first. I cannot stand when stylist think they know what what you want without consulting first. The only reason I didn't go to another nicer place because I thought there was no way to mess it up but she did. I don't recommend. My husband went there and happen to get the same girl and she messed his hair up bad too. Honestly I know mistakes happen but she ignored his request as well."

I have gone to see them twice and each time they have taken the time to listen and make suggestions that my girls loved. Also the young lady that was helping at the front desk, was so sweet when she complimented my girls on their hair cuts. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but thank you so much! As I was paying I listen to Katrina help another little boy and as we walked out together he was so happy with his hair cut that he had to tell me about it. Stacy listen to me and took the time to help me understand what shampoo and conditioner would help my daughters dry scalp. You guys are the best and you have a loyal customer in me and my family. "Stacy cut my sons hair this morning. Asked for a 2 to clean up the base and fade into the length at the top and just clean up the top without removing length. She cut stripes into his head. When I pointed out that some areas were longer she fixed some spots but it was still not good. I have now paid for 2 haircuts, this one and the one to fix it! This mama is embarrassed and sad for him because it looks like he tried to cut his own hair!"
