"My stylist started with doing highlights keeping my original color as the base, then at some point, changed her mind bleaching all of my hair from a dark caramel to a bright platinum. The photos of my hair depict this change of mind midway. I had never bleached, toned or used heat products on my hair before this experience so I’m devastated after caring for my hair carefully for years. I reached out to Origins to explain the situation, as this will take 4-5 years to grow back again, and they didn’t understand the large impact this will have. They offered a second appointment to try and “fix it”, but when you strip color out of my natural hair, there’s no fixing it unfortunately. I probably wouldn’t have left a review if they at least refunded part of the $450+ I paid to cover ongoing toning sessions until my color grows back, but they denied my request saying it was “too late”. So disappointed."
