"I just love how every review that has anything negative to say has the same exact response. Like I want to go back to your salon after having a terrible experience there. Anyway my hair got a really big knot in it. So I came to great clips thinking another salon would probably charge me too much for this but I regret this idea. Because the reaction and solving my problem had only one answer. Cut it all off. I’m like wait. I seen people way worse than mine do it on YouTube. And she said well I’ll try. "This was my third visit and every time, they never gave me the style I wanted because they didn't think I'd look good with what I wanted. Instead they would give a completely different style instead. I now where a hat daily because I'm too embarrassed by what they gave me. And they had the dignity to tell me I should be using expensive products that are probably not healthy for my hair. From now on, I will be going to a different salon who will respect my decisions.
