"I had my hair cut here several times. At first with Victoria then with one of the other two ladies who are the primary contributors here. Victoria wasn't very good, but I literally love across the street at 15th and Ford so I returned anyway. I was pleased when Victoria left and the other lady gave me a much better haircut. After returning from a trip to Asia with shaggy hair, I just went to ask for a slot. I was told by the other woman who didn't cut my hair that they were no longer accepting new clients. I reminded her that I had been several times already and live across the street, but she refused to give me an appointment. They don't want new clients and maybe just don't want to provide normal haircuts, so don't bother coming here. What was frustrating for me though was not honoring an existing customer. Again, I live across the street. They could just give me a ring when they're ready for my 15-20 minute haircut. Instead, they refused my service and I bet it's due to my age, gender, and type of service rendered."

"I had a horrible experience with Victoria. I highly recommend not coming to this salon. She left my hair streaky and did not do what I asked. She Cut my hair while I was standing up and while I was in the dark because there was horrible lighting in the salon and it took nearly 4hours to get highlights and a cut. She cut a huge chunk off of the front of my hair and left pink under tones. After 1 week, (with no washes) the color already grew out of my hair. She was on her phone, answered multiple phone calls, and showed up late to my appointment. Currently I am in Bozeman, Montana to get my hair redone because she would not give me a refund and I did not want her to touch my hair again."

"Went in for a cut, highlights and lowlights. Hair looks terrible. I strongly advise against Victoria. Gave no remorse for doing my hair completely opposite of what I asked for and actually tried to argue me into saying it is what I asked for. Drove 90 minutes each way for this hair appointment as I have been going to the salon for years. Terrible service for a long-time customer. Victoria also tried to argue that the reason my hair looks so bad is because it hadn’t been highlighted in so long. So upset and frustrated please save yourself the hassle, time and money and see someone else. It’s terrible to me to think that I waited months to see a certain person only for the TERRIBLE quality of service I received. Also saw a cockroach while waiting because Victoria was running over 30 mins late. PLEASE SEE THE PICTURES FOR VICTORIAS VERSION OF NATURAL BLONDE HIGHLIGHTS. Two of us went in today (12/28/2021) and she destroyed our hair. FYI the owners response of “I heard the consultation and felt there was not a good understanding of what was wanted before the service was started” should be an issue that you take up with Victoria, ensuring that she understands what the customer wants before completing their hair. Trying to pin this coloring job on a customer is ridiculous."
