"This is a really beautiful and very clean spa. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience getting a facial here. I left with painful red welts on my nose, forehead and chin. I wish I had spoken up during the appointment when it felt like the extractions were a bit aggressive, but was trying to just trust that it would be fine. I’ve never left a facial and had lingering pain in my face so I was really quite surprised. The bumps that were there after were also tough to conceal with makeup for work days later. My face is starting to heal fortunately but it was a somewhat jarring experience as I was worried about it leaving scars."

I have had pedicures, massages, and facials, with all being magnificent! I even got Gift Cards, for 3 ladies, to Woodhouse as a gift for a Favorite Things Party! I can not speak highly enough about Piaya and her amazing pedicures."

"Had a mom/daughter spa day last week. 2 days before Valentine’s Day. We arrived 15-20 mins early & the doors were locked, they ask for you to call upon arrival but our phones didn’t get service & the call would not connect. Eventually we got through but then it felt very rushed from there. We were freezing from standing outside & the receptionist showed no compassion. The waiting room area was pretty full too. My massage was average 5 out of 10, my daughter said hers was great but it was also her first. We also had facials which were awesome. We would rate those a 10. It’s a beautiful spa. I would give it another try on a less busy day."
