"Food: 10/10 Service: 2/10 we sat for 10 min before anyone asked if they could take our drink order. Then our server came over and said she was sorry for the delay, and that she didn’t see us sit down. She made eye contact with me 3 times after we sat down. It’s one thing to apologize for being in the weeds (which is totally understandable), but don’t lie about."

"David and Sam - what a KNOCKOUT TEAM. I love Waffle House and always have. We know how the typical vibes are here but these 2 went above AND beyond to make our time amazing. Seriously amazing customer service, friendly, clean quick and just Al around welcoming. They made me feel like I was at a family dinner.
