"We came in for restaurant week. We did a filet mignon (as did most of our surrounding tables) and the short ribs, both accompanied by delicious mashed potatoes and asparagus The filet was good, exactly what you'd expect. The ribs were delicious but a little dry. The crab and corn bisque was delicious. The desserts are okay. We were checked on, but by more individuals than I'd expect. I'm glad we had a chance to visit but I think we should have started with a happy hour."

"We used Eddie Merlot's for our a rehearsal lunch the day before our wedding in May 2023. It was a fantastic experience. We needed to seat around 115 people and Eddie Merlot's easily accommodated. The food was delicious and the carrot cake slices were huge! They were even able to help arrange a space to have our Tea Ceremony. I would highly recommend working with them on any private event. "This place has a great happy hour. Drinks and snacks are only $8 and the selection is decent. The bartender was friendly and informative, despite being slammed with customers. The happy hour apps were a treat. Each were unique and packed a bunch of flavors. I enjoyed the type of chips they served with the sliders. A must-try for a less than $20 happy hour event."

"We hosted our wedding rehearsal dinner at Eddie Merlot's and it was incredible! We rented out two rooms and the patio so that we could do cocktail hour and a sit-down dinner. We had ~60 guests and it was a fantastic experience. The GM and all of the staff were wonderful - so helpful, friendly, attentive and collaborative. We loved that we could get into the space earlier in the day to decorate, and that the atmosphere was warm and welcoming without being stuffy. Of course all of the food and drinks were fantastic, we had some of the most tender steak and more than enough sides and dessert. Would highly recommend as a rehearsal dinner venue in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area."

"Perfection, as always. I’m so excited Google is letting me do another review as our server, Scottie, was incredible! The definite highlight of our experience yesterday! She was so friendly and knowledgeable and attentive at just the right level. She’s going to open her own bakery someday and you all remember you heard it here first! She was a joy to talk to and we all enjoyed her very much. I was going to speak to a manager before we left but we got caught up in a conversation that carried over to leaving and I completely forgot! We know Eddie Merlot’s must know the gem they have in her but may we just give her an extra shout out?! Thank you so much Scottie! We met our son to celebrate being able to be together on a Thursday afternoon. He’s starting a new job that will require him to travel all around the country every week and this beautiful, lingering, no rush lunch was just wonderful. There was one other table in our area when we got there but they left and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. It was clean and a warm and friendly welcome was given by everyone we came across. We had hoped to enjoy the warm and sunny last day of summer weather but Mother Nature flipped that switch and we were thankful to be cozy inside. We had fries for the first time here and they were AMAZING!!! I mean holy mackerel!! The restaurant is accessible and there is so much seating. It’s a big place. We highly recommend visiting."
