"Really good bartender here... Love the Colorado chili! Their combination plate is okay... Going to have to try more"
"We arrived a few minutes before noon. The restaurant was empty of customers, except for two older gentlemen. The waitress seated us right next to them in at a table designed for two individuals. No other customers would be entering until we were finished with our meal. The restaurant itself was a little colder than usual places it seemed. We ordered the chicken quesadilla as an appetizer, chicken chimichanga, and a dish called verde. The quesadilla and chimichanga had good flavors. The verde was OK - the verde salsa could have had a bit more flavor. The rice was boring. With the exception of the seating, the service was great."
"First time to Las Brisas for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was pretty much empty, so were greeted and sat right way. Our server came over promptly with chips and salsa and provided us some time to review the menu. The overall menu has a variety of both standard and specialized dishes. Service overall was a bit slow throughout the meal, and the lunch dishes included the Enchiladas De Mariscos (Seafood Enchiladas) and Carne Asada. The pair of enchiladas were well prepared with a nice portion of seafood in each, and sides of rice and beans. The Carne Asada had a nice variety of sides, rice, beans, fresh lettuce, tomato, avocado and flour tortillas. However, the steak itself was extremely tough and stringy, which had was problematic to slice even with the provided steak knife. Overall, the food was flavorful and served got to the table, and table service acceptable for a casual lunch where time was not a concern. Tips for your visit: Not a point of reference personally but have heard they have great margaritas."
"The majority of our experience was excellent, the waiter had a couple of missed opportunities, for drink refills and desert offerings and towards the end of dinner felt a bit rushed. Though very friendly he did also offer options when I discussed my decision. I opted for Swordfish fajitas which were prepared perfectly for my tastes, my date had the Combo lemon bake also excellent, everything was full of flavor and portions are fair for the pricing. It is fair to note that shortly after being seated we overheard another couple talking with another of the waitstaff about coming for over 25 years and gets the Verde every time, that statement I feel speaks to the consistency of the food. Every person in the restaurant was happy and upbeat it was enjoyable to feel positive energy"
