"We try to support local small businesses but this place is sneaky. Food was not good, customer service not good and what they did at checkout was unacceptable. When we checked out the lady told us the price, after payment it ask if you want to leave a tip +5% +10% +15% so we acknowledge and provided a tip. However when we received our receipt it show an automatic 20% gratuity plus the +15% we added on top of it. They never told us at checkout they add an automatic gratuity of 20%. Don’t trust this place and always ask if they placed the gratuity before hand."

"Went to have breakfast today and thought we would have a good meal but noticed the name changed from Chihuahua's to El Zarape and found out they just changed ownership a month ago. We ordered and received our food in a timely manner but once our food was served that was the last we seen of our waitress. Had to walk up to counter to ask for the drink we waited on for 15 minutes and when we finished, waited another 15-20 minutes before I had to get up and ask for container and check. I understand waiting can be a demanding position but there wasn't much customers there and the worse part of it all I kept facing her and she made eye contact with me three times. I figured that would be enough to send her to check on us but she kept attending to the other clientele who happen to be all Spanish speaking customers. I truly feel discriminated against because we didn't speak Spanish. Then upon leaving we were driving out of the restaurant and a guy without his shirt on started looking like he was going to try and open up our door and rob us. I looked alittle closer and he had a gun in his waist so we turn on federal and he starts yelling something. Will never go to this wretched place again. Horrible service, messed up area, and food was par. Don't waste your time and hard earned money unless you speak Spanish."

"New owners, poor service, if you are not a individual that doesn’t speak (Spanish). You are most definitely going to be treated differently// poor service! Didn’t check on are table , not once. I truly waited on a beer for about 15 minutes? The place wasn’t even that busy for a person to wait that long I will never go eat there again. Ynot"

"First time eating here. Tried all the tacos and they did not disappoint. Also tried the flautas which are to die for. Hamburger was huge and delicious. And their sopa de fideo took me back to my childhood in Mexico and made me feel warm inside. I was greeted with a smile and the servers were amazing. Clean restaurant and just all around highly recommended! So many other items on the menu I still want to try so I'll definitely be returning."
