"I was finally able to visit this place, and I have been wanting to visit since they were off of 26th and Speer. I made an online reservation, and when I arrived, they actually sat us down at the scheduled time. David was our server. Very kind and friendly server. The menu had several items, but it wasn't pages upon pages of dishes. We ordered the carne guisada and the anniversary plate. With chile rellenos as an appetizer. Absolutely wonderful. The restaurant was packed and very busy. They were making fresh tortillas next to the kitchen. Strongly recommend that people visit, but do suggest you make a reservation. There are several parking garages and lots in the vicinity."

"I just hate here the other night while here in Denver. The restaurant is located in nice area in downtown Denver. The outside and inside looks very nice and updated. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by very nice hostesses. I was seeing after being seated. I was also given chips and salsa right away. my food came out pretty quick. I ordered chicken flautas. My first bite tasted so good. Then I started to taste weird with my meal. It turned out to be big balls and black pepper. I did ask for a new meal to be made without the black pepper balls. Unfortunately, the black balls were already prepared for them and the restaurant did try to handle it for me. The manager was very attentive to me."

"Outstanding experience at this upscale Mexican restaurant in downtown Denver. We had tickets to an event at the Paramount, and I heard good things about this nearby eatery. How fortunate for us that all of the good buzz was right! It's probably the best Mexican food I've had in a restaurant by far. The margaritas were delicious, and the two bartenders/servers were incredibly friendly and efficient. Thank you, Ahzad and Jaime! Not only will we be back, but I will be recommending La Loma to all friends and family heading to Denver!"
