"Normally love the food but this location is a complete mess. Get new management or pay these people more cause yikes! My order is always messed up somehow"

"Off the bat, no greeting to me nor my partner They took a while to come to the register to take my order The time it took for my food to get to me was alarmingly surprising considering it's chicken My food was a bit undercooked and under-seasoned I tried 4 different drink options and all of them were out of syrup. The final thing that made me write this review was when I went to get extra sauce; I could see an employee handling food without gloves. Only ate at this franchise about 3 times. Out of the 3 times I've been, all 3 times have been EXACTLY like this."

"Drive through - they made us pull around to park out front (the new fast food industry's annoying tactic to make it look like they aren't busy so people don't pass them by) and we realized that we couldn't even park in the spot they told us to park in because the number of waiting cars was piled up. We waited 22 mins for our small order (4 piece of chicken and 10 mini corn dog nuggets) to come out. Had we known the line was so long, we'd have gone elsewhere. Worst part, the KFC chicken (that we ordered as "extra crispy") was soggy and gummy - very unappetizing. The mini corn dogs from A&W were great, which is why I gave 2 stars vs 1."

"This place is awful. First of all, they didn't have any root beer. Yeah you read that correctly, A&W didn't have any root beer. We ordered (and paid for) 3 cheeseburger meals and 3 orders of cheese curds but ended up with 2 burgers, 2 fries and 1 order of cheese curds. The food itself wasn't terrible."

"We ate dinner here tonight with our family and extended family. First off, when we got there the garbage was over flowing. And we told them right away. Than, we ordered. Half of our family got their food within 10 minutes. But the second half of our family waited 20+ minutes to get theirs, and their order was messed up. The condiments and Silverware were completely empty. The water in the dispenser was pink. I didn't taste it, but it looked like pink Lemonade. And lastly, the employees were sitting down and and standing around on their cell phones in the back. Very disappointed in the care they took, or lack of. And still, when we left... after an hour.... the garbage was STILL running off, and I actually slipped by the garbage can, because there was spilled drink on the floor. I wasn't hurt, but it wasn't a safe situation for anyone at that point."
