"This place is the absolute worst chipotle you’ve ever been to. They are out of half their ingredients every single time I go. Portion size is always an issue. Freshness is usually an issue. Employee attitude is a constant problem. I’ve never been to a prison cafeteria but I’m guessing this is what it’d be like. They make you feel like it’s your fault that you have to be dealing with their constant lack of decent food and bad attitudes. To Chipotle corporate or the regional manager: This place is hurting your brand. It’s being allowed to operate way under your lowest standards. Whoever is in charge of the management of this branch is not doing their job. Like at all. Please do something to fix it."

"Every time I go to this restaurant, they are out of several key ingredients. Last night at 6pm, they were out of rice, veggies, pico de gallo, and corn salsa. Everything that they did have was a half portion and I was still charged 25 dollars for two bowls and a soda. Complete waste of money and time. I'm a big fan of chipotle, but I'd suggest driving the extra ten minutes to actually get a decent meal at another location. I want to reiterate that this is usually how this location operates. Nothing has been improved upon in the last year here."

"There is something seriously wrong with this place at its core and I suspect it’s nepotism. There is no other explanation why the manager of this restaurant has not been fired. More than 500 one-star reviews, and she still works there. Countless negative reviews specifically addressing the manager personally, and she still works there. I have had to make calls directly to Chipotle multiple times to get refunded for items or orders I was charged for and didn’t receive, in which I brought up serious concerns specifically about the manager, and she still works there. There is an obvious very high turnover rate and staffing issue, and she still works there. By far the worst managed and operated restaurant I have ever been to, worldwide. I have never experienced anything anywhere comparable to this absolute train wreck of a restaurant, and she still works there. She is rude, mean, condescending, extremely incompetent, and blatantly unqualified, but she still works there. Why wouldn’t Chipotle fix this? The only explanation is they CAN’T. Chipotle corporate really needs to step in here and do the right thing, which is not only fire this employee, but also those who are protecting this person. If you have a negative experience here, I highly encourage you to not just leave a google review, but to write or call Chipotle. Something has to give eventually."
