"So many items left out of the bag last night, I didn’t even realize it all when I went back in. Service gets a zero. The food was fine for what you would expect. These employees now get paid more to do the same 1/2 aaa job they did when they were $12 an hour."
"Just went through the drive thru. They screwed up my order…..twice! The bad thing is, it happens all the time. At this point, it’s a management issue. I can forgive a one off event, but it happens ALL THE TIME. I called to let them know. They seemed disinterested and then hung up on me. This location is absolutely unacceptable. I’d give zero stars if I could. I will say, there were two young workers who were nice, and this is not a reflection on them."
"This restaurant has been cleaned up since the last time I have been here. It is very well kept, clean and beautiful looking. The food was amazing and the service was speedy. I unfortunately got heartburn because I am sensitive to spicy sauces, which did not allow for me to fully enjoy my meal, but it was still amazing."
"This is a really nice Arby’s inside and out. It’s very modern and looked clean in the dining area. Unfortunately, the food was poorly prepared. My 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was placed in a sleeve instead of a wrap or a container. This was a to go order or I may have went back in and asked them to remake it. however, once I got home, I went ahead and ate it. Still tasted like an Arby’s sandwich. It just had cheese all over if I would’ve been eating in the dining area this would’ve been a three. However, it was it ago and I can only give a rating based on the food preparation."
"Ew, what is this supposed to be ?? The rib sandwich was completely inedible ! Totally disgusting. Service was awesome through drive-thru. They're always friendly but the food leaves much to be desired ! Fries are ok. Chicken tenders are okay but I really wanted some of the meats they say they have other than just chicken, and this was a huge disappointment. 2 meal orders were $23."
