Stoner's Pizza Joint

"This review pains me. We've been to this place a dozen times. Never had a problem. We placed a delivery order today and they forgot a major food item (someone's entire meal). We called to see what they could do and the girl who answered was rude. She said, "Oh we have it here you can pick it up". There's a reason we chose delivery. She said she could refund it and then hung up on us. We had one order once for pickup that someone made an error on but they caught it before we arrived and made good on it. This is not the first delivery we've gotten but will be the last. I'm not sure how you don't double check and hand the appropriate food to the driver. Then, you expect the customer to come get it. I'm so annoyed because we loved this place. Guess we'll go elsewhere now. As for the ratings Google asked for: Food 4 - It's not the greatest stuff. Hit or miss on quality. Atmosphere 3 - There's no tables and just two benches to sit on to wait for your food. Kitchen is just open. Nothing about it is great but not the worst set up I've seen. Service 1 - The rudeness of the employee is fully deserving of less than one star. There was a guy working because we had to call to make sure the order went through (app crashed) and he was helpful at least. But you're only as strong as your weakest link."

"Pizza wasn't cut, the cheese sticks hardly cut missing a whole section of Cheese, last time I order. I have pictures, plus you didn't even send a marinara sauce with the cheese sticks."

"We've given this place a few chances, but I think we're finally done trying. It is always incredibly greasy despite ordering it different ways to combat that. The pizza, breasticks, cinnamon rolls, garlic knots all swim in grease or butter every time. They've mailed coupons to our house, never have worked online. This last time I picked up the pizza they wouldn't honor the coupon because I didn't physically have it with me. Dumb. And on top of that the last time we got this I was so sick the next day and Stoner's was the only thing I had eaten the day before. The breadsticks had a very weird taste to them so I am wondering if it was them. Bummed because we were excited for them to open but won't be going back. Plus they're expensive for the consistently poor quality."

"Our first time ordering (Uber Eats). New York style thin crust was quite good. Garlic knots were baked to a dark brown color and came without marinara, so they were pretty dry. We will order again, however - probably without the knots."

"Did an order for delivery via ubereats. Food was ready very quickly. Quality was pretty average, nothing special but wasn’t bad at all. I would order again."
