"Waited 45 minutes in the store for it to say 9-19 minutes. If you’re that busy-at least give your customers a call and let them know so they’re not standing in your store for almost an hour. Got home and the pizza is not even correct. Called to get refund and they don’t even ask your last name or provide any proof of refund just state wait 5 days and call back if it doesn’t show. Will be disputing with credit card company. Absolutely unprofessional."
"I've been eating at this domino's for decades and I have never had any issues with anything. I'm either pretty damn lucky or the owner of this store simply just knows what they're doing and Cares. Nowadays it's comforting to know that in a crunch you know you can feed your family without drama or issues. Everyone is happy. Thank you Domino's!"
"Pizzas arrived very over cooked, it looked like pizza that was left out over night. When we called asking for the pizzas to be refunded the person on the phone offered to resend the pizzas. We declined and just asked for the refund and it was as if the person didn't hear or understand we didn't want more pizza, just the refund."
