"I don’t know what the manager was thinking, at least I think he was the manager, but he wasn’t thinking about taking my order. Fortunately my Whopper and French fries were fresh and hot. The soft drink dispenser was also functioning nicely. I will come back when I’m in the neighborhood. Maybe the manager was just having a bad day."

"Management needs to check their team. I came in respectfully for a classic chicken plain with just cheese and pickles with mayo. Got my sandwhich it looked fine but it had no pickles with tomatoes on it. No biggie. Just gonna have to ask for another sandwhich. Walk in and the girl was automatically being defensive. Look. I know what I ordered, lady. After she mouthed off to her co workers in spanish they mean mugged me while remaking my sandwhich. Got my sandwhich and it's missing pickles and obviously purposely overloaded with mayo. The attitude was unnecessary for such a small problem! The ammount of disrespect was messed up. Thanks for ruining my hard earned lunch."

"1/26/18 @ 7:45 My husband and I stopped at this Burger King for a quick bite to eat. We used the drive thru and placed our order. Once at the window we asked to use a coupon and were rudely told that next time we need to let they know ahead of time, but they let us use it. When we got home and looked at our order, only to discover everything was wrong. They failed to put extra sauce on both rodeo burgers as requested, put pickles on both rodeos when only asked for pickles on one. Forgot extra pickles on 1st Whopper, all pickles were missing on the 2nd Whooper and put spoiled lettuce on the 2nd Whopper. Not sure if it was miscommunication, the order taker was hard of hearing, or both, but top it with bad people skills and I’ll find another BK to stop at from now on."
