"If you're thinking about eating here don't, I finally learned my lesson. I live down the street so I've frequently go here but I won't anymore. Every single time I do something is forgotten I had hoped it was newbies or something but every time means it's lack of professionalism."

"McDonald's used to be ok and atmosphere was nice but no matter what McDonald's I've been to in the past 5+ years none of them ever serve hot food, the employees at majority I been to are not made for customers service/ customer relations period!! I don't know if it's the lack of proper training or if the younger generation is just unfriendly, to get hot food, a smile, friendliness, a thank you or napkins and condiments, some, most almost make you feel like it's a problem to ask for the items that should already be in your order."

"There is no outdoor seating as pictured, even in the summer. On this rare visit (due to past experience at this location) I discovered that there are now locks on the bathrooms and they won't give you the code. They tell you (after you are already paying customers who spent over $30 collectively) that they will "buzz you in" then they take their sweet time doing it. They are so unfriendly to the homeless that they alienate actual customers. This was after being extremely impatient with my legally blind father who took an extra few minutes to maneuver the debit card machine. There was no one else in line the lady was just appallingly rude to an obviously disabled customer. The food was worse than typical of McDonald's, it was chosen out of location and convenience rather than quality but even still our hash browns were soggy from having been pulled early (the whole experience seemed so rushed like they couldn't get us out fast enough) and the biscuits were underdone as well. Which says a lot considering the last thing that they do before they give a biscuit to you is microwave it. We were waiting for a family member to come through a medical procedure and preferred breakfast and waiting at McDonald's for the conclusion of the procedure rather than the hospital but when we got refills and sat back down an employee told us that we were at the end of our "30 minute seating limit" for dine in customers. We have never felt so unwelcome anywhere in our combined lives. If I could give this location NO STARS I would."

"You figure when you go to a McDonald's you know what to expect; most are pretty consistent nationwide I've found. This place was terrible I ordered a normal meal with no substitutions, I pay go to the second window where they tell me right away to pull around to the drive thru reserve spot. I waited 10 minutes before I went inside to see what the issue was. After another 5 mins waiting for someone to come to the front counter, they brought me my food. I drive away because the food looks correct, a box for the burger and fries. Down the road I stop at a park to eat only to find the burger isn't the burger I ordered, which is fine right who cares right? I'll eat a different burger. I take a bite and notice something wrong... Just wrong. As I spit out the food in my mouth a visible black hard stands mashed in the bread meat sludge. Thank you McDonald's for showing me why I don't eat out."
