"The only problem with Cicis is that it has to keep up (or not) with customer demand. When it is busy and they are churning out pizza at a good clip it is great. But when the pizza has to sit out for awhile during down times - the quality goes way down. The staff/management are great though and they always offer to make whatever you want!"

"The pizza was ok. The pizza selection was a lot less than I expected. The lady at the register was nice. Those servicing the pizza were also nice. There was one guy server that started putting up the chairs around 7:30 PM? But the store closes at 10:00 PM? Is this normal here? Some customers, number of 6 or 7 came in and they couldn’t be seated in the main area because of the chairs being up so they left and got their money back. This is so unbelievable and not professional at all."

"Not badly priced when kids eat for 99 cents on Fridays when you buy one large adult meal drink. 2 adults 2 kids on Friday $32.00 rounding up! Not bad. Cool arcade not too busy and a variety of pizzas. Nice staff too!"

"10/10 on my experience at the West Colfax Cici’s pizza! I came in for the $5 Mon/Tuesday buffet promotion and had pretty low expectations based on my previous experiences at Cici’s. However, I was PLEASANTLY surprised at how nice the facilities were and how CLEAN! The workers are constantly cleaning/picking up so the place is spotless, and there are lots of places to sit. The pizza was fresh with lots of fun variations to try- plus you can request any pizza and they’ll make it fresh for you in less than 10 minutes! I recommend the Mac n cheese pizza or flatbread buffalo to try something new! And ofc the cheesy bread and salad bar is always a great fall back. Overall, would strongly recommend coming here for a nice dinner out. It’s the amazing staff and their kindness that makes me want to come back soon :) see for yourself!"
