"Right around the corner from my house so I typically stop after work for the past 3 weeks every time I try to order baconator fries or any of my favorite items they seem to be out. It's not that the product is in stock it's that the employees aren't showing up their pars for the night and don't wish to do their job so when items run out they don't make more so they don't have to do any work. It's 50-50 on whether or not you're going to get hot fresh food or a bun that's been wet down by the hose from them spraying the floors, tomatoes are normally old soggy wilted and disgusting. Come here out of convenience, however this will be my last trip to Wendy's I will spend my money at an establishment that wants to sell me what I want instead of what they feel like cooking"

"What a dump. Came through 45 mins before they closed a few nights ago. Ordered a triple with no ketchup add mustard. Ive had a lot of wendys burgers in my life and that generally means the burger would be dressed with mayo and mustard. I waited 17 minutes for my burger, I was the first one in line with three cars behind me and they had me "pull forward" for what reason im not sure other than to piss the people who couldnt get past me off when they decided they werent waiting any longer. My burger was hardly edible. Barely warm patties with cold cheese and disgustingly unfresh topppings. 1/2 of a pickle slice. not even a whole pickle. The real treat was the french fries that were clearly cooked in December of last year and then served to me from what im assuming is the bottom of a trash can as they were literally mummified. $20 literally straigjht into the trash. At least the Dr. Pepper was good?"

"I have to do this because surge pricing is so offensive to me I’d see this business close forever than get anything from them. Furthermore, if you aren’t offended by surge pricing you’re being the exact kind of fool Wendy’s is trying to exploit and you should read more books, plays more games, and take more classes before you mess up your life even further by allowing in dangerous ideas just because they’re wrapped up in a nice package and delivered by a smiling and polite person."

"The service is always top-notch here and the store is always clean. My only gripe is the nuggets and fries haven't been consistent lately. Fries are cold the last few times we've gone, and the nuggets will be too hard to eat, as if they've been sitting out for too long."

"I found a literal wire in my fries. Not impressed. I tried to warn the manager, but she only offered me more fries and didn't seem to care about metal wires being found in the fries. After I told her about this...she went right back to the fries and kept making more. I won't be back."
