"The crispy chile relleno was probably the best I've ever had. The service was excellent. I got the burrito, relleno and tamale combination. Everything was good. The fried ice cream was also very good. The entryway decor is super cute"
"Rachel was ABSOLUTELY fabulous! They have vegetarian options, which were a plus for me! The veggie tacos—5 stars!! Make sure you visit during happy hour $2 margs!!!"
"Great food and very friendly staff. I use to come here before the name was changed. I found out there are new owners which is why it’s now Baja Cantina. The tacos are really good especially with this green sauce. It’s a sauce flavor I had in Corpus Christi Texas that I’ve been looking for since I moved in 2015 and it’s delicioso. It’s a little less spicy as it was there but the flavor is 98% the same. On Tuesdays they have $3 tacos which is a great deal, and they have $2 margaritas for their weekly happy hour. I no longer drink but my wife does and she had a margarita Tuesday and said it was great and she wants to go back for dinner and to snag some more margs. They also have some other very tasty looking drinks from the bar but personally we haven’t tried them yet. I picked up these Al Pastor tacos and a Baja shrimp taco for my lunch today and I gobbled them down within minutes of getting home they were so good. I highly recommend and they’re sadly underestimated. I saw some reviews complaining about the food or something, but if they would have just asked I’m sure this wonderful staff would have made it right and in no way did it on purpose. You can order takeout on the Toast app so that’s nice and convenient when you want it on the go."
"I ordered a seafood chimi and French toast though Doordash and I was very disappointed. The seafood chimichanga was not fried and had no other filling besides a minimal amount of fish. It was a small burrito and missing beans & rice. Also, French toast was not cooked all the way. The inside still had wet dough. It's really sad because my first 2 experiences here were amazing when I dined in. This is my 2nd doordash order where the food was disgusting. I had high hopes by this place and just disgusted at this point by the poor quality of the food. Please do better..."
"The food was just okay. I ordered the carne asada burrito and the birria tacos with consome. Free chips and a small condiment size salsa were given. There wasn't much food for the price of about $15 a piece. The burrito was more beans than carne, but the green chile was good. The birria tacos were okay, and so was the consome. From the reviews, I was expecting the food to be better than "okay." The menus were dirty with food smudges, but everything else was reasonably clean. The service was welcoming."
