"This truck is tucked within the Lafayette lumber yard parking lot and I'm so glad we found it! We ordered breakfast tacos and two breakfast burritos. The tortillas are very nice and soft, the filling is very well balanced with plenty of eggs, meats, and cheese. The bacon is thick and there are nice chunks of steak. The green chile is a fantastic gravy style. It kind of reminds me of a much much better version of what santiago's does. We tried the mild, which is actually mild, and hot, which does have a good level of heat (but could be spicier, in my opinion). Can't wait to go back for lunch to try the burritos and tortas!"

"Been going here for the past year now and Hands down THE BEST food truck I’ve ever been to. Also THE BEST breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. They don’t hold back on the sauce or the ingredients, everything is well seasoned, the tortillas are flippin delicious. And their customer service is always good. My co-workers and I love this place and are always sad when they run out of burritos for the day but hey, you snooze you lose. Tried their Supreme Burrito for the first time today. And of course, I am not disappointed."
