"We ordered ahead online. Arrived to find a completely disengaged young man at the counter. He could have cared less that we were there. He handed us our food and we drove away...3 minutes down the road we discovered it wasn't our order. Flipped a U-turn, went back into the store and he handed us our correct order - he said the names on the order were similar and he was confused - fine. However, we should have learned from our first issue and checked the bag before we left. Drove down the road again and found out we were missing tater tots, but didn't have any interest in going back to the store. Annoying."

"Spent $80 on six burgers and six sides. I got my burger with a side of onion rings (I ordered sweet potato fries). The onion rings were my sons and were burnt so we took them back. My son’s burger took 20 minutes longer than the rest and came out with a few of the burnt onion rings on it. Then when we asked for the replacement sides of sweet potatoes and onion rings, they looked confused about us never getting them. I asked for a manager and he was also the cook. Gave me a piece of receipt paper as a business card. Horrible service and not great food. Do not recommend!"

"I picked up an uber eats order here. The employee made the milkshake without whipped cream. When i told him it was supposed to have it he looked frustrated. Had to go to the back to get more and what he gave them was so pathetic i had to share. They put 0 care into packaging and making sure the food stays as fresh as possible. Just an open bag not under a hot lamp. The employee looked and acted like he wanted to be literally anywhere else and they quit doing dine in over an hour before close. Don't order delivery from this location."

"Store smelled like piss. The cashier couldn’t keep his pants up and kept having to hold them up. Both of my Mac & cheese burgers was the worst burgers I’ve ever had. It’s disrespectful how burnt the Mac & cheese was as well. Like why would you serve that to anyone especially paying 50$"

"This place mellowed out since the lockdowns. Used to pretty bustling and bossy little corner of the shopping area, now it's pretty sociably manageable. The service was quick and softspoken, and the food was pretty fresh and delicious. Definitely more worth visiting around lunch time now that kids don't raid the place anymore. Good to people watch too."
