"Good good food, friendly staff restaurant was very quiet at 7 o'clock. The only thing I didn't like is that you're pretty you to order it a kiosk. And I really hate the fact that we can't have. Somebody's taking your order anymore because nobody wants to work"

"Went through the drive-through for breakfast, and the lady was extremely rude and short with us. She actually even said, "What do you want?" Instead of 'how can I help you?" We placed our order, and she said go to the window! She opened the window and handed us the drinks, then just said, "Pull up." We waited about 10 minutes for our breakfast while others just went through. When she brought our food, she never even talked to us and went back in. We opened our bag to find everything just thrown in. No napkins or sauce. We parked and I went inside. As I'm going in, a woman comes out holding a sandwich and says, "You don't want to even bother going inside. They are so rude and no one is paying attention or even cares. " She stated she waited 8 minutes for them to just hand her a sandwich. I believe the person who was the most rude and uncaring was the manager. She even said Go Away already as I was walking in. What has happened to your Standards. This is not acceptable!"

"I’ve gone to this Wendy’s several times without incident.. yesterday, I picked up a 4 for 4.. about 7 hours later I was VERY sick. I puked all of it up, and could not hold anything else in my stomach. I had all the symptoms of food poisoning. Will never come back. Be careful eating the food here."

"Chalk this place up to another major fast food joint that seems to not want you to be dealt with in any fashion. In spite of having a literal human being at the front counter to assist, the store demands most who can pay using the kiosk to do exactly that. So unless you're of a particular age, they simply don't wanna talk to you or assist in any real way. Honestly, by this point we should all start promoting more small businesses if treatment like this persists."
