"We has a series of unfortunate events in our travels which lead us to getting to this hotel at 4:46am. Ms Julie was very wonderful and compassionate. They didn't have the room we reserved so she gave us an upgrade and a later check out so we could get some sleep. We appreciate her kindness and fantastic customer service."

"We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable room for us and our two kids under 3. The to-go breakfast at 3am was GAME CHANGING - thank you!! Josh and Connor were so kind making sure that we were taken care of. We scheduled an early morning shuttle to the airport, but unfortunately there was a mix up in the number of seats. They quickly called up another shuttle to get us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Excellent service from the front desk, cleaning, and shuttle teams!!"

"We were very pleased with our stay here! The lobby was fresh and clean and was representative of the facility as a whole. We had a suite that was very clean and nicely furnished to include ample charging ports for cell phones and/ or electronic devices. Workout room was also nice and clean; I loved being able to get in a quick ride on the spin bike. The breakfast (until 11am) was wonderful as was the coffee that is available 24/7; no coffee maker in the rooms but this is far better! Although the bed was not as firm as we would've like but it was comfortable. Lastly... but certainly not least, is the great staff here. The manager (who showed genuine concern with helping us find my diamond earring that I dropped), the assistant manager ( who ensured we got scheduled with the airport shuttle), and every staff person in this facility was professional, thorough, and personable! This is definitely our place to stay during our visits... highly recommend!"

"The night service desk was great! The room was great and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and they had tons of hot options. They have an airport shuttle which you can sign up for the night before. Pleasant stay!"
