"I gave a star because I have to, but if I can take away stars I would. My brother would call to follow up and the only answer he was given was, we’re waiting for a response. Come to realize, they hadn’t even received the receipt because they never actually sent his application. When we ask for an explanation they did not know what to say. We have been calling them to follow up and double check that this time they actually sent the application overnight like they had promised and no one answers the phone. Absolutely terrible service. Do not recommend. They just blame each other and don’t actually give a solution let alone answer the phone."
