"If you have Scott for an attorney. Your going to jail. Be prepared"
"Did little to nothing for me in what was supposed to be an "easy case" per McCoullough. I could have represented myself as well or better. I was not represented by Scott but another staff attorney, Mike McCoullough. In my belief Mike oversold (stating he had handled thousands of this type of case) and under performed. He had little to say during the final hearing, mis-stated information and provided little documentation. Could not get a call back from Scott in regard to issues. It took 5-6 requests to even get my original documents back and an original document is missing. Did not provide any insight or advice on how to handle the future procedures. Take your money elsewhere life is short and there are plenty of other attorneys out there. UPDATE: It's laughable how the Reisch law firm took over a year to respond to my review. They are right, there is going to be a winner and a loser in all cases. However, when you pay for a service you expect just that....service. Which I received nearly none. Then they state that they dispute the facts. Huh? Facts are facts look up the definition. At no point in my original review did I try to remove my personal responsibility leading to the result. I simply reviewed the complete lack of service (I paid for) and lack of follow up. I think the Reisch law firm more than exemplified my original review with this ridiculous response. It also shows exactly the kind of customer service you can expect from them."
"Worst lawyer know to man he said $500 to get my ticket solved went to sign a fee agreement claimed he never said $500 then he said he’ll take my word for it like if we didn’t meet about it a week prior it’s really funny how fast he sent me a refund after I had to come back and sign worst law firm ever! I called him to ask about refund he said he didn’t know called him a second time said I could handle this case on my own. It’s really odd I had two other tickets we handled together but I guess people just switch up on you like that just like Mike! Wish there was a 0 star review"
"I had met with one of the attorneys at this firm after seeking a low pay/ slow to pay attorney named Michael McCullough upon meeting him l left this office with a good feeling he would help me with my case and genuinely cared about doing his due diligence as a potential client. We sat down and worked out an agreement for retention. I felt good about the case and receiving his help as he made me feel like he was vested in my case and cared to help me with it. I didn’t have the retainer fee at the time and I told him I could pay him Friday when I get paid. He told me that’s fine and to just call him Friday when I get it. So today is Friday. I call him and speak with him and when I spoke with him today it was like speaking with an entirely different person. He didn’t remember any of the details we discussed. He completely blew me off today when I told him I’d bring him the fee when we spoke Tuesday. He asked me to come in Saturday to bring the fee. He didn’t seem very vested or interested like he was on Tuesday when we met. I would say to trust the reviews you see on the firm and seek legal representation elsewhere. If a firm’s attorneys treat potential clients like this then it’s a good chance they entire firm is the same way as their attorneys. If an attorney can’t show you they care for you and want to help you, there’s a good chance they probably won’t."
"Although I never got along with my lawyer, Michael McCullough, he did a decent job getting my charges dropped down. However, I was in jail during COVID and I was presented the opportunity to get out early because of it. I had a fellow inmate call Michael to ask him to file the motion to get me out early. He didn’t just not do it, he straight up said no he wouldn’t because I previously had filed a motion to get out early and it was a waste of time. Well, I called a public defender who wasn’t on my case, he was polite enough to file the motion. Even with a DA objection, he had me out a month early the following week. This lawyer I paid would have cost me a month of my life had that public defender not helped. I have contacted the office to ask why that happened with no response. Good luck if you go with Michael, he definitely won’t go the extra mile for you."
