"We left for a week and paid for parking. During our trip we got a call from a Denver police officer saying our car had been broken into. The police officer tried to get footage from the hotel and they said they were not able to get any because their cameras did not cover the parking lot. We had to get a tow truck to pick our vehicle up and taken into a different location because we were afraid our vehicle was going to get stolen. While we were away we tried to get a hold of the hotel for 3 hours to let them know a tow truck would be there to move our vehicle. This is not a safe location and if it were not for the police officer our vehicle would have been stolen. Honestly book somewhere else. I don’t feel safe going back to this hotel and out vehicle had damages."
"**Review: Disappointing Stay with a Silver Lining** My recent stay at Ramada left much to be desired. The building, seemingly stuck in the 50s, exuded an outdated charm that extended to its amenities. The elevators were painfully slow, reminiscent of a bygone era, and desperately in need of modernization. The hot tub, touted as a relaxing retreat, proved to be a disappointment, barely functional and hardly worth the effort of getting in. The beds were comfortable, but the TVs were relics from another era, lacking the crisp clarity of modern screens. The biggest letdown, however, was the coffee situation. A throwback to old-fashioned methods, the coffee maker required manual effort, a stark contrast to the convenience of a Keurig. The result? Lackluster coffee that left much to be desired. Despite these shortcomings, there was a silver lining to my stay. The diner conveniently located within walking distance, just across from the hotel, was a true gem. Its delightful offerings made up for the hotel's shortcomings, and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area. In conclusion, while my experience at Ramada was less than stellar, the nearby diner provided a much-needed reprieve, showcasing that sometimes the best parts of a trip are found beyond the hotel walls."
"This hotel fails in almost every aspect.! Much better places for the same price nearby. Waited for the shuttle 45 minutes. Then was told it was full and we would have to wait another 45. It’s shared with other hotels. Got an Uber for $20. Asked hotel if they could reimburse me. Rudely said no. Bed was sort. We both woke up with back problems. Window trim falling out. Heater very loud and smelled like mold. Carpets dirty. Haven’t been replaced in decades. Water pressure was low. Shuttle back to the airport was late. Staff doesn’t care. First time at Ramada. Will be our last."
"The service was good. The beds were adequate. The room was clean over all, although the furniture was somewhat worn. Not really a 2 1/2 star hotel to me. However, with a little bit of updating, it could be…price was a little higher than it should’ve been, but I’m supposing that is because of the location next to the airport and the free shuttle."
"Overall, the hotel was fine. I needed a place to overnight between flights and it was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the free breakfast wasn't until after I'd left in the morning. That's understandable, but the biggest issue was the airport shuttle pickup. The front desk just said "yes, we have a shuttle every 30 minutes." I went out to the shuttle pickup area and waited. And waited. After forty minutes I called. I was told they'd be there in a minute. After an hour had gone by, I asked a different shuttle driver. It turns out that there is no shuttle saying "Ramada." Instead, you need to find the "Western Hotels" shuttle. Great. I had seen that go by before. After another 20 minutes or so, I see the shuttle again. It turns out that it's still the wrong shuttle. It's such a big airport, there's two opposite side pickup areas. I made it to the other side, 25 minutes or so later it arrived. It was intensely frustrating that the clerk hasn't given clear instructions in the first place. His annoyed tone made it clear he didn't have time for questions anyway, but I wouldn't have even thought to confirm those details. Sigh. Longest review yet."
