Some people don't understand that sometimes underwriters may need to make changes, upon review of new policies, which may impact premiums. This is industry-wide and not particular to any one company and certainly not something that the agent has control over. If a policy is in force, even for a few days, that premium amount will likely be deducted from any refunds if the policy is canceled. If a loss occurs during those few days when the policy is in force, coverage would be extended, provided it was a covered loss to begin with. (Yes, I have a background in insurance) It should also be noted that some people seem to have a greater number of one star reviews and seem to have issues everywhere they go."

"Jeff stole money from me. I have him on video telling his agency that it was shady that they told me one price and then raised it after I already signed paperwork. Furthermore after I cancelled the policy they kept my refund check and have refused to give it back or take any responsibility for their shady practices.
