"Luis is such a mechanic he got everything done quickly and most importantly right while being very friendly and kind. Jackie at the front desk feels like family and i just met her. She very sweet and down to earth. Id definantly recommend checking them out if you are in need of brakes and rotors. They both also managed to get me a discount bc id found them through google. They also offer a cash discount which is nice. They got me in and out in the same day even though my wheels had a wheel lock on them that i didnt know about anddidnt have q a key for. "I can’t say enough good things about this shop, I’ve struggled so much trying to find a good trustworthy mechanic that doesn’t try to charge an arm and a leg trying to rip me off doing more work then my vehicle needed. I instantly had a better feeling about this place, I was so kindly greeted by Jackie and she was able to get me in so fast. My mechanic was Alex, he took the time to speak to me in person about the problems I was having with my truck- he was very informative and transparent showing me and explaining to me how the fuel system works and made suggestions on what they should troubleshoot first so I wouldn’t be overpaying since I wasn’t entirely sure what was wrong with it. (I’m a female and I finally felt like I wasn’t being jerked around and taken advantage of for not having much mechanical knowledge) this company’s customer service and expertise is unprecedented! "Very polite, but horrible work. Spent 2K to get the front differential fixed and got my car back in worse shape then when it went in and now the tires need to be aligned (I had them aligned before I went to Westsider.) Every time I got my car back it was smoking more and more, and there was a heat guard missing from the engine by the O2 censor."
