"They gave me the wrong type of therapist, and they don't get in touch after claiming they assigned me a new one. I've been trying all week to get scheduled, with no luck. I'm about to give up."
"If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Most of their employees need to be receiving mental health treatment. I broke away from them about 4 or 5 years ago and never looked back, never took a single medication for the diagnosis they claimed that I had since and I am a much better person now. It was only recently when I applied for a job with the Transportation Security Administration that I had to get my records from them to learn just how bad things really were. Amongst the inconsistencies of my diagnosis I found lies. I have since verified with Denver Police Department that where my case manager had allegedly contacted them no contact was ever actually made. Not to mention on at least one occasion she contradicted herself claiming that the current vice president told her to stay away from the recovery center just to state in the same note that she told the police they aren't a recovery center. Most of the employees listed in my records no longer even work their but its a nightmare dealing with most of the receptionists and people who answer the phones due to the lack of training and their own mental illnesses getting in the way of being able to do their jobs."
"MHCD has been very good to me, right up til this afternoon. I'm in a sever downward spiral and called for help. I was transferred to the wrong person twice, couldn't speak with my case manager and was advised to call the crisis line... instead of, you know, my doctor. My goal in using MHCD's services was to try to get myself out of the depressive hole I've dug for myself. In the last 20 minutes the on-call case manager, John, undid three years of work."
"My five star rating goes for the front desk team located on the 2nd floor. The ladies are always so friendly and speedy to assist thank you!!! 1st Floor front desk team needs more training unfortunately they had us waiting nearly an hour before we found out that we were not checked in correctly from the beginning so, the provider never knew that we were waiting. Also some of the front desk associates were found to be on their cell phones while we checked in so I found that be rude and careless. Hopefully they get to read this review and change their rude habits."
"I felt the male psychiatrist had a difficult time listening to my mental health history and present concerns and his approach on treatment was incredibly old fashioned leaving me with no input on MY health. In the end, he is a child psychiatrist who usually deals with minors and maybe he forgot that he was dealing with an adult who may have a stronger opinion on their treatment plan. I switched facilities immediately and received a more cooperative treatment plan."
