"Place is a joke. Cant pay peoples insurance without 20 questions. Can only pay with card if you are main person. They charge you $50 to change your policy and take any money you have credit. There is a difference if i cancelled. Then they say if u have roommates they all have to have same policy. Like hell no i am not gonna be responsible for someone elses car."

"My policy was effective December 2nd. They wanna charge me again on the 23rd. I have asked them repeatedly to remove auto pay, as I NEVER agreed to it. The refuse to do it over the phone and insist you come into the office. I will be reporting this company to the BBB as well. Never got an agreement for auto pay which after doing research is required by law. They are rude and have a poor attitude towards their customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere."
