The guy on the phone came up on me and said I would need to speak to some manager, that was not there. This is a joke. But I like this should be able to cancel it. Reservation very quickly was made within two minutes of the phone, these people are scammers make sure you know where you wanna stay"

"I'm an IHG rewards member. I've stayed at many Holiday Inn locations. This location in Silt, CO has been my favorite. It's clean, welcoming, quaint and quiet. When we walked in, we were greeted by a fireplace and festive Christmas decorations. All the cozy vibes! The staff, especially Dan, was super nice. The hotel was clean."

"We had an excellent stay! Excellent food excellent breakfast excellent service rooms were very clean, the cleaners didn’t try to clean while we were in here. The rate was very good and we are very happy and would definitely come back to stay again! Also, we had an amazing view of the river, and had time to sit quietly and self reflect what a beautiful stay!"

"I've been to many IHG hotels as I'm a member. In the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling near the tub. Our listing said it was a suite. We expected to have at least a room with a door. The last few hotels we've stayed at have that as a listing, and it did have the separate room. It said it slept 7. There were only 2 queens and a pull out couch. That's 6 for sleeping. There is no way you could have 7. If you had a rollaway bed, there is nowhere to put it. Luckily, there were only 6 of us. We expected a bit more room, which is why we got the suite. We were going to be there for 5 days for snowboarding, sledding, and other winter sports. We didn't have room for all our gear. We had to get creative to store it. The TV was really small and hard to see from all 3 beds. Breakfast was ok. Other IHG chains have breakfast that changes. It's been the same food for 5 days. It would be nice to have a variety of hot foods. It was scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Other locations have had waffles, omelets and french toast. If you are here for a day or two, you'd be fine. After 5 days, it gets old. Service was great and they helped us when we needed it."

"This location in specific is bare of thrill, livelihood, or welcoming spirit. The night time employee is the only semi friendly one. I mentioned I had service animals with me when she mentioned it was a twenty five dollar extra charge, I told her that was illegal and she said she wasn't going to charge me. I later get a notice I was charged for both dogs, which my partners slept outside in their car with the animals so the only time the dogs were inside was when it was time to shower. They have their service licenses in which detect seizures, keep my partner rolled to my left side and seek help. I want my $50 back you thieves"
