Reviews
"Review should be zero stars but not an option offered. Mice in the store! Drive thru is closed/non functional. Long pharmacy lines inside. Staff extremely slow at assisting customers. Not a fan of CVS in general but this store is by far the worst!"
"I was sold a medication that I specifically told the tech/Pharmacist I did not want or need, as instructed by my physician to no longer take. I called the store several times before arriving, holding for more than 45 minutes, never speaking to an individual to inform them of this and to ask them not to fill the prescription. When I arrived at the drive-thru pick up window (I wasn't feeling well enought to go inside), the tech/pharmacist indicated that there were two prescriptions for me. I explain that the first prescription I no longer needed and provided the same explanation as above. I then asked if he would reshelf the product. Before leaving the window, he asked twice \"You want me to reshelf the item?\" I responded, \"Yes.\" He indicated that it was no problem and he would reshelf it. \n He then asked me to wait for about 5 minutes. When he returned to the drive-thru window, he provided the price for what I thought was the one prescription I needed. I paid the amount, he squozed the two packages together (insultingly, making me feel as though I wouldn't have noticed) and quickly place them in my hand. I then said, \"You sold me both medications even though I asked you not to?\" He responded \"Yes.\" I then went on to reiterate our prior conversation about me not needing and requesting the medication be reshelved. He then said, \"I tried to, I misunderstood what you said...I was doing my best\". I was given no option to rectify this matter. I looked at my receipt and read, 'State law may prohibit th e retuen of prescriptions. Please consult your pharmacist.\" Again, no options were provided, he just simply said I am sorry. \n\nThe medication was only $7.15, however, the prinicple of the matter that is so upsetting and disharding is:\n\n*I specifically expressed and it was confirmed by the tech that the medication would be reshelved. \n*I paid for medication that I do not need, it will sit on my self for discardment, when someone else could have gotten the benefit of its use. \n*I was offered no recourse, inspite of tech acknowleding the fault was his, and,\n*As the consumer, I felt that I was taken advantage of. Your tech certainly must know the law as he coyishly squozed the two prescriptions together and quickly handed them to me.\n\nPrior to this event, I sung your praises, know that my trust has been betrayed and I will be reviewing all options for pharmaceutical services."
"1 star is more generous than they deserve. I came from urgent care with breathing problems. Was told they didn't have my prescription in stock. Was told they would transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. Was told that I would need to call and confirm that the pharmacy even had the medicine in stock (something that surely the pharmacist could do more quickly by calling a direct number or looking the information up in the system). After 20 minutes on hold with the new pharmacy, I was finally answered and informed the prescription had not been transferred. Don't come here unless you want a hell of a lot of extra work to do when you're already sick. Go literally anywhere else."
"I had the pleasure of interacting with a CVS pharmacy technician during a particularly busy and understaffed day after Christmas (12.26.23) Despite facing a challenging situation, the tech remained remarkably composed and courteous. Unfortunately, a customer chose to express their frustration in a loud manner, but the pharmacy technician handled the situation with grace and maintained his professionalism. He managed to provide helpful guidance, answer questions, and fulfill prescriptions efficiently despite being the only staff present. It's evident that he possesses excellent customer service skills and a commitment to his responsibilities. I wasn’t able to catch his name due to another customer storming off as he completed my transaction and stepped up to help but I appreciate his hard work and commendable attitude despite the challenging circumstances."
"Disappointing visit. Showed up they were randomly closed for lunch. Came back to find that the prescription that i came to pick up wasn't actually ready despite being notified that it was ready the night before. When i asked why it wasn't ready now since we had been notified the night before, I was informed that they actially didn't have it ready last night either. Guess I'll have to keep looking for a good pharmacy in the area"
