"I called in a presciption (well, my Dr. Called while I was on the other line). We waited about a half hour until we could speak to someone. On the phone, they confirmed they recoeves it and had all the scripts ready and available. I then drove to pick them up. When I got there, the actual pharmacist (not the techs);;was so rude. He said he didn't speak with anyone (without even checking or asking the other reps in the pharmacy). He treated me like I was lying. He was short and extremely rude. Finally, a pharmacy tech came in and confirmed they spoke to my Dr. Then they only had half the scripts they told my Dr. That they had 100% of all she had put in. I got the few scripts they actually had to fill, but the pharmacist still had an attitude with me for no reason. He was upset at this point because he gave me false info, treated me like I was lying, and then was proven wrong by his own colleague. I had to come back for the rest because they falsely claimed they had them all in house ready to pick up which they clearly didn't. This really was disheartening as it was important I got all the mess i needed that night. That is why my Dr. Called to confirm before submitting the final prescription over to them. Overall, I had a very bad experience and was treated very badly by the one man who was the head pharmacist that night. No one deserves that kind of treatment. Especially over men's they need. For the comfort and ease of feeling respected and not having to feel ashamed about picking up needed meds., I would recommend another pharmacy or at least a different walgreens one."

"I had a 2:15 appointment for flu vaccine scheduled for 2 days. At 2:08 on the same day I received a cancellation text. I was already there so I went to ask what happened and the pharmacy was shut down with a sign about ‘staffing.’ We can’t do better about communicating these things in 2023? Unprofessional and a waste of time."
