"I go to this CVS because its close to me but it is always a problem. The wait times are insane, and no one even attempts to help you if there is an issue. The hours online are incorrect - they are closed on weekends. And when you try to call, you go around and around in circles with an automated bot and will wait on hold to speak to a real person for hours. I'm not sure what happened here as even a year ago this location used to be fine, but the last 6 months I have had nothing but horrible experiences."
"The pharmacy tech is a complete moron doesn’t even know how to check what meds they have in stock. They constantly take multiple days to fill meds and even after waiting a few days to go pick it up I still have to wait 30 minutes. Just transferred here for convenience but honestly seems like the pharmacists don’t care about the customer and should probably find a new profession. Incompetent and idiotic."
"PLEASE look at all of the reviews and consider what everyone else is saying before going here, wow. DO NOT waste your time with these careless people. Incompetence and laziness are the words of the day here, folks. Don’t even bother calling, they will not answer. My husband’s and my scripts were transferred here after an insurance change because they’re close by in the city. When we went to pick his up, they said it was rejected by our insurance. We had to ask for some type of documentation, they weren’t even going to do that. I called our ins company and they said everything is active. We spent 30 min getting the run around from this pharmacy. I’m trusting my ins, the people who actually answer the phone and offer help. Not this worthless pharmacy, they should feel ashamed. Thanks for nothing."
"Unsure how this place doesn’t have a lower rating. I’ve been coming here for some time now out of “convenience”, in the last year the wait times have become insane during non work hours (sometimes lines all the way down the cold and flu aisle). Many times they don’t have the prescription ready (even if you get a text saying it is), or they can’t find it/don’t have the medication on hand. Unsure if they’re understaffed or what but I need to find a better pharmacy nearby (there aren’t any downtown)."
"I’ve been using this CVS pharmacy location for a few years now. This week I needed to call regarding a prescription that was erroneously marked as unable to refill. Due to this, I needed to speak to a pharmacist in order to resolve the issue in CVS’ system. I called three times and waited for over an hour and a half in total. The final time, someone picked up the phone, and then quickly hung up on me without saying a word. I understand that you all are busy, but that is awful service. I have since had all of my prescriptions transferred elsewhere."
