"I am not one to write reviews but this is the most frustrating and inconsistent pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. I have been without my antidepressants for over a week because they have shut down randomly with no explanation. Their hours are so unpredictable and when they are open the line is unbearably long. Today I waited in line for 35 minutes and had to leave because I had an appointment. I came back at 5:30 pm (they aren’t supposed to close until 7) and they were closed with no explanation. I do not blame the pharmacists or the people working at Walgreens in the slightest. I blame Walgreens. This is incredibly DANGEROUS people need access to their medications! If you own a company and you know you are too understaffed to run a AN ESSENTIAL MEDICAL CARE FACILITY then don’t open one in the first place!"

"I understand our pharmacies are short staffed and overworked. But please learn how to communicate better: 1. Learn how to not hang up in people l, esp when they’ve been on hold for 30+ minutes: 2. If the walk-in pharmacy is closed, put a sign on the front door so we don’t park and walk to the back finding signs telling us that only the drive through is open."

"I made an appointment online for a flu shot and I was the only one at the pharmacy. The woman at the pharmacy refused to provide the flu shot because she's "the only one there and she's not doing this since it's after 7 pm." She would not even come up to the counter or look in my direction. My online appointments and email confirmations were for 8 & 8:15 pm. You cannot talk to a manager or call them unless you show up "between 9 and 10 am in person." So don't bother with pharmacy services and likely any others at this location, unless you want to waste your time with rude people who don't want to work there and take it out on customers."
