"I will never use this pharmacy or possibly Walgreens again. After Urgent Care visit had RX called in here. Came at 6:30 and said would be 30 minutes. Asked if someone else could pickup. They said yes without mentioning closed at 8. Arrived at 8:15 and sign posted inside for closest 24 hour Walgreens. After calling and waiting on hold they said they aren’t 24 hour and said to “call around” and finally escalated and found out only one in Denver metro. Also this posted 24 hour Walgreens location closed at 10 and was still open but wouldn’t fill RX despite it being about 8:30. Anyway- arrive next day when the original Arvada location was opening and they still hadn’t filled it. Extreme disorganization. Incorrectly posted info inside about Thornton being 24 hour ( I told this location and they said they will change the posting .) Outside they post possibly a correct 24 hour pharmacy but you can barely read the sign. Pick a different pharmacy."
"This pharmacy is a the closest to where I live and I transferred my prescription to a different one because I've encountered so many issues here. Either they're closed unexpectedly ("sorry for any inconvenience") or they take DAYS to fill a recurring script while I run out. I can't tolerate it anymore."
"Disgusting store. My prescription was faxed in at noon on Tuesday. I kept calling to see if it was ready, and the recording said they were working on it right now, call back in an hour. Called until 6:00PM. finally got transferred to a person, and was told pharmacy is closed on Tuesdays. Disgusting store."
"Waited in line for an hour and a half after my doctor had sent in the order. And was told to come back tomorrow in the afternoon. Honestly it would have been faster if they had sent my order to a different location and me to drive there."
