"The staff is friendly and competent. Rather than call and use the broken automated refill service, I recommend going online to refill. My complaint is about my prescriptions being cancelled without notice. Twice in the last 3 months separate Rx were cancelled without notice or explanation. I was left to discover it once I was out of meds and needed it right away. No email, no phone call, no text, no apologies."

"I've been going here for years and have always been happy with the service and staff. Even when pandemic staff levels were low and their systems were severely strained, I was never dissatisfied. But, I write this because I recently went through an exceedingly complicated process that involved prescriptions for multiple family members, special permission from our doctors, special processes with insurance, legal/governmental paperwork, etc. - a very time and labor intensive process for all involved. Madeline, Dave and the entire team went way above and beyond to make sure everything was coordinated successfully for me and my entire family. They were friendly, very helpful from day 1, and I truly couldn't have done it with out them. Forever grateful and loyal henceforth!! Thank you!"

"Awful pharmacy, used to be great. Now they can’t be bothered to be open on the weekends (out of nowhere) or even during the week sometimes. Rushed over from my job to make sure I made it before 5, only to find they had closed for the day. So unreliable, and news flash - people depend on medication, it is very much life or death for many people. I will be officially transferring all of my prescriptions to Costco- I’d rather go into a crowded warehouse then opt for the convenience of Walgreens since they have inconvenienced me a number of times now."

"I've been waiting several days for them to fill my prescription that I very much need. I'm sure I'm not the only one. (My prescription is a controlled substance, so I can't just transfer it to another pharmacy). They have been EXTREMELY slow to fill my prescription the past few months. Sometimes they are just closed on a weekday during the day for no reason. No one ever picks up the phone. I'll be on hold for 30 minutes and then they'll just hang up. Walgreens, you either need to hire more pharmacists at this location or shut this location down. You can't continue to trick people into believing they can get their prescription drugs here and then withhold them."

"Don't get your prescriptions sent here. Pharmacy hasn't been open for 7 days with no clear answer as to when they'll be open again. Been trying to get my much needed prescription for such a long time. I'm in so much pain because you can't find someone to count some pills."
