"Worse Insurance Group I’ve ever had to deal with. They're agent never canceled my previous insurance policy when he did the entire process to move me to a new one with a better rate I trusted him well 6 months later im missing $1,300.00 from my bank account because he never canceled my previous insurance so I was paying for 2 different policies at the same time (they get commission every month out of every policy). I’ve called this company several times because their agent won’t take responsibility and says he does not work with them anymore and they say there’s nothing they can do. The only person that answers the phone “Misty” is a terrible customer service rep she does not know what she’s doing all she does is transfer me to the agent that made the mistake that hides from the issue and never answers. I keep calling the company back and now she hangs up on me. It is terrible I won’t stop until I get this situated and I will go to any extent necessary if I don’t get this solved soon I have been waiting 2 months for a solution I will make sure I do what it takes so this poor service insurance retailer gets their broker license revoked a civil law suit if necessary This is unacceptable they got commission out of both insurances and now don’t know what to do because they know they made a mistake. I cant believe an insurance retailer doesn’t work with a supervisor who customers can speak to when these type of problems happen I was stoled from and all “Misty” knows what to say is “she will transfer me to the agent that assisted me” he WONT ANSWER HIS PHONE that’s of no help and now they just hang the phone on me when I call. Watch out make sure they don’t scam you like they did to me with double policies!"
