"I highly recommend going elsewhere. They held my prescriptions for 3 days and never worked on them. Other pharmacies refuse to call them because they do not answer their phones. They reuse to transfer prescriptions to other pharmacies on their own due to their lack of competence."

"They recently switched pharmacists and now they want you to call if you want your prescription filled. Even if it’s already been sent in by your doctor. But they never answer the phone. I recently had a prescription that I needed filled asap, and I went in to pick it up the day it was sent in. They told me to come back the next day and they would have it ready. It wasn’t. It took me coming in 3 times on 3 different days before the Rx was ready for pickup."

"Oof. I waited for an hour to get a flu vaccine (an hour past my scheduled "appointment".) Only to finally ask for my DL back so I could leave. No explanation for the wait, no apology for the wait. To expect your customers to simply wait for an infinite, undetermined period of time with no "sorry for the wait," or "we're having issues with the computers," is unacceptable. Had I been given some information, or expectation that I'd be waiting for an hour, I would have left and rescheduled for another time. But instead, I'll be scheduling my appointment elsewhere. Not the first time I've experienced issues with this pharmacy but it is the last. Good luck!"

"They’ve stopped having enough pharmacists to have the drive thru open. These corporations need to get their properties straight. WE ARE STILL IN A PANDEMIC. And they should’ve notified people when their prescriptions were filled that they no longer have the drive-through. Terrible place where they can’t even answer the phones."
