Medications have been correct and received in timely manner, notifications received via text and staff professional and friendly. Sad to hear others are having a different experience."

"I have never dealt with more unprofessional people. Regardless of it being the pandemic and everyone already understanding people are short staffed-you are dealing with medications that people cannot go without. I called 3 days in a row to be told that it was my doctor who hadn’t filled the script which was not true. I followed up the next day and was told it still was not ready because they are behind. 3rd day of being told that it’s not ready and they are understaffed and to deal with it….a medication that is crucial to my well being. Contacted my doctor who has not had any communication with the pharmacy so as they are telling me there is no script, they were just too behind to fill it. When I had a follow up question, the lady told me she didn’t have time to answer it and that I can figure it out myself and she had no estimated time (3 DAYS LATER OF CONSTANT COMMUNICATION DOCUMENTED) of when it will be filled. Will be filing a complaint with the state and BBB. Absolutely unprofessional and if you are so behind on scripts-stop accepting new patients. You’re dealing with peoples lives not objects."
