ClearSpring Pharmacy - Littleton

"I have been trying for a week to get a prescription refilled. The phone System is not working!. I finally had to go in person and was told I could get the refill. Now I can't get ahold of anyone again. The phone system doesn't work, the person at the counter is nice, but there is apparently a severe shortage of people. I don't know what to do."

"This is by far the best pharmacy ever! The pharmacist’s are so great at answering even the stupidest or embarrassing/private questions with honesty and sincerity. Anita who works at the front area makes this pharmacy a 5++++++++. Her wit, knowledge, personality is out of this world. She goes above and beyond to help every customer. Not only does so with me , but I have hung around looking at products and am truly amazed just how incredible she is with every type of customer. I hope this company realizes how very lucky they r to have her. She is such an asset to the company- hopefully- if she’s not- she should be paid more for what she brings to the table. I have no idea - but have worked in a retail setting dealing with customers and she does so with patience, kindness, knowledge- she really knows the business! She told me about this herb that helps with inflammation. I was already checked out and the store was closed - but she was so kind to ring it up for me. Also asked her to get a particular product. Nobody has ever gotten back to me right away like she did. And if she couldn’t get she sure will take the time and effort on her day off to make sure that you will have a place to find it. Go in around any holiday time - Halloween- st pat day, etc. she is all dressed up with headbands , bells, earrings, etc in the spirit- so funny! I just laugh like crazy - she is very energetic, comical, and entertaining! I always have a great time there between her, talking to the pharmacist- and ending up spending much more money than planned!!! She’s good for business!"

"A handy place to get your Rx filled if you live in this part of town. No long lines to fight, friendly people on staff. Pricing is a bit higher than most, from what I purchased at least, but, they also have a decent selection of medical equipment and first aid equipment on hand if you need it."

"Don't fill things timely. Either do not return calls or do it days later. Every month I've had to try and track down my prescription that was supposed to be filled by easily calling the automated service. If you're getting any kind if compound, don't do it here. Once was shipped the wrong medication and it was ketamine!"

"Working with clearsprings is frustrating and the staff are rude. One of the technicians was very rude saying they don't have time to "argue" with me and they have a lot of work to do. When the meds are not packed correctly for administration, then it's a problem for the patient. I'm very disappointed in their service."
