"Great pharmacy staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful even when they are super busy. The King soopers app can be a little buggy sometimes, but it’s pretty easy to request refills and see what’s ready. They also text you when prescriptions are ready, so you can avoid waiting at the store."

"I prefer Kings pharmacy, usually very friendly. If they don't have a drug they'll order and get it for you within a day or two. They seem to be fairly efficient and helpful for the most part."

"I live part time near this store but the times I have gotten prescriptions filled at this store they have been great . In fact they are the only pharmacy in the area that carried the medication in the brand that is effective for me. Not CVS, Walgreens, Safeway or Costco. Not only that but when they couldn’t take my Insurance they got me a very reasonable price with a coupon. They have really saved the day for me and have always been friendly and very helpful when all the other pharmacy’s in town wouldn’t or couldn’t try to fill my prescription with the brand of medication I needed. Contrary to what you might have been told, all brands do not work the same for everyone."

"I have Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and colors in medications make me ill. I also have ADHD and take Adderall. This pharmacy will NOT give accurate information when I call and ask about what dosages are available in white (colorless). My Dr. asks me to call and inquire prior to writing the prescription. I called, spent considerable time on the phone and was told that YES they can fill my prescription with white 5mg pills. Inquire about pick up and am told the pills are BLUE. I call back to ask if ANY dosages are available in white (we creatively cobble together my dose) and the guy is NASTY and insists that ALL DOSAGES are BLUE. I've been taking this medication for over a decade and I know for a fact this is NOT TRUE. But your guy is NASTY and will not give me the time of day. Your pharmacy employee is GASLIGHTING me. Refusing to take my very serious health issue seriously. I have NO medication. I have NO ONE at King Sooper Pharmacy willing to even have a conversation about this. 8/18/23 @ 9:50...whomever this gentleman is who is currently answering your phone is inappropriately NASTY and purposely refusing to take my question seriously."

"Since 2020 I had to deal with Walgreens, CVS, and Safeway Pharmacies. All terrible, but I understood that the pandemic really put a wrench in the pharmacy industry. I switched to this King Soopers pharmacy in late 2021 and it was a major relief. I no longer had to worry about abrupt closing, constantly changing hours, or screened calls. Yes, the wait can be long, but the staff has always been incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. I wish I remembered the head pharmacists name, but he was incredible. Truly cares about his patients. I was so sad to move away and have to find a new pharmacy."
