"Seriously do not go to this dentist office. Dr Ting is absolutely fantastic, Dr Libby and most of the hygienists are great as well. However, the office manager is an absolute nightmare. This office is operating in the dark ages, she does not follow CO laws for consent to treatment, you cannot make an appointment or pay a bill online. What they quote for out of pocket doesn't ever match what my insurance company sends me and then they send you a bill 6 months or more after the treatment with notes that the bill is past due but its the first bill they have sent and we pay at the time of service. Its unfortunate that the great dental work is absolutely hindered by the lack of competence on the business side of this practice. If they had a competent business manager they wouldn't have to implement some of the ridiculous practices they are trying to enforce right now. Seriously avoid this practice."
