"Dr Jones and her team were very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the crown they re-attached last Friday came loose once again the following evening. I tried making an appointment this morning but was told they’re completely booked today and tomorrow. The person that answered the phone suggested calling back on Wednesday to see if there is a walk-in opportunity. I asked if I could be contacted if there were any cancellations but the person I spoke with was less than enthusiastic about calling if they had a cancellation."

He's very gentle and kind, has a great "bedside" manner. The rest of the staff are friendly and competent. I recently had a dental emergency. Jay worked very hard to work me into the schedule. "This is my first experience with this Dental practice. As we know the first impression is usually the most memorable. My appointment was early in the morning on a Saturday and I was greeted with friendly smiles when I first walked in. The two front staff looked bright eyed and was busily working with phone calls and paperwork. The staff spoke clearly and did not make me feel rushed to fill out the initial paperwork. They communicated well and what walked me through what was needed and let me know what the process was going to be. I was called to wait in a room for the Dentist to give the consultation. Once she walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake. She went over my paperwork and what my expectations were and what I needed addressed for any dental work. Dr. Jones was very attentive and listened, I did not feel like she was in a hurry to get to her next client. Once the consultation was finished I was then walked to a dental chair. The dental hygienists who did my x-rays were also very friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. Thank you Comfort Dental for the care you gave me and the wonderful customer service you provided. I would definitely recommend you to my family and friends."

The ladies at the front desk were so kind and in a good mood even at 7:00 am. Dr. Zeller who met with me also was so kind to me in helping me understand all of my options.
