Springs Dentistry

"I've been a patient at this dentistry for 6+ years. They are the most efficient well run doctor's office I've ever seen. If they are running behind for your appt, they will let you know (and I even received an apology Starbucks gift card once). From the scheduler's in the front, to the assistant's, hygienist's, and dentists themselves-- I've never met one who doesn't treat you with kindness and a smile. I normally am a patient for their changing associate dentist (currently Dr. Whyte) she listened to my concerns and offered effective and efficient solutions. Due to previous dentist anxiety I pay extra every procedure to have the nitrous gas, normally that means I'm babysat the entire time by an assistant/hygienist due to the dangerous nature of the gas. During my recent procedure the assistant (Kim) wasn't monitoring the levels of the nitrous and the tank had run out for quite some time and was just pushing oxygen. It wasn't until Dr. Whyte pointed it out that the assistant (Kim) paid attention. She then asked me if I even wanted her to swap out to a new tank or if I was good to continue without. Regardless of me paying extra for something that I wasn't receiving, I requested it due to dental anxieties and issues in the past. Fortunately it had switched to just oxygen and the machine didn't malfunction to switch to just nitrous because she was completely oblivious to monitor the machine. Not only is it a extremely dangerous misstep on Kim's part, but also she just flagrantly didn't care. Due to the issues from this recent visit, I have to knock off 2 stars. But any other work I've had done here years prior has been uneventful and of great quality."

"I had just moved here and I always get nervous about the dentist. The staff, doctors and nurses took such amazing care of me! I am an Army wife and they were extremely supportive and understanding when I had to bring my 3 year old son with us to the dentist because my husband is deployed. They also took awesome care of my 14 year old son. Very relaxed friendly atmosphere, yet also professional. They take time with you and really listen to you. This has been the best dentist I have ever been too!! Highly recommend you give Springs Dentistry a try."

"Recently had an old gold crown replaced with a porcelain crown, same day procedure, walked out with new crown. Very pleased and a shout out to D.D.S Jessica Duru and her assistant Allie. They made me feel comfortable during the lengthy procedure, professional in their work as in designing and making the crown, and the new crown fit perfectly, couldn't be more pleased. Thank you-"
