"Oh wow look at those s reviews look like they have a stupid billing department who don’t know what they doing.This place is scam I went there last time 2 years ago they keep sending th reminder for cleaning due. I didn’t reply to them because I hate going there I am going to the new place now for 2 times(once every 6 months)that mean I stop going there at least one whole year. last week I got a letter said I am overdue for payment 2times.and when I did regular cleaning with them I always make sure my insurance is covered before I did anything. I went there 2 times just regular cleaning they didn’t put fluoride for me even tho it’s covered by tricare and I want to know where is my overdue bill come from??????.on the letter didn’t specify what is $71 was charged for at least show me the work you done for me . I think these people want money or want me to go back , but they didn’t know what they are doing you can’t just randomly send people bill.you need to stop taking my information out of your account otherwise I will start to sue you.happened to me 6 years ago I forgive people can do mistake when I moved back I still going back there now I realize it was a big mistake I’ve made."

"The improper billing is my reason for 1 star. I’ve had the same insurance plan that covers 2 cleanings and 2 fluoride applications a year with $0 co-pay. This office has been inaccurately charging me the past 3 times I’ve gone in and will not correct their balances to reflect my insurance coverage, which they have a contract to uphold. I would not recommend going here if you actually want to use your insurance coverage and pay the amount you are supposed to based on that coverage. You also can’t reach a person in the office by calling their main line, just a call center. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere with an ethical practice."

"Everything was done so well and efficiently. The front staff completed all insurance paperwork and verifications so I got in right on time for my appointment. The doctor was super friendly and the hygienist as well. Everyone was wonderful! Highly recommended!"

"Friday 11/17/23 4pm: I was supposed to have my bi-annual cleaning appointment. I drove 30 minutes down to the office after leaving work early to get to my appointment on time. After parking, I walked up to the office to find it completely locked with nobody inside. I called the phone number and was transferred to the customer service line and was told the office was closed that day. Monday 11/20/23: I called the office and asked for an explanation. I was told that the office has been closed on Friday’s for 3 months. I asked why nobody had reached out to me and why I was still sent an email confirmation. They had no response. I asked if I could be seen before December 1st, as I was having a major surgery (which is why I had my original appointment scheduled for when I did). They put me on a cancellation list and said there’s a very good chance of me being seen by December 1st. Monday 12/11/23 11:18am: My sister received an unprofessional text message informing her that her upcoming appointment for Monday (12/18) was cancelled. Tuesday 12/12/23: I called the office again. I asked why I had not been contacted in the almost 4 weeks since being put on the cancellation list. I was told that the list is “very long.” I asked why was I told that I had a good chance of being seen by 12/1 if the list is actually very long. No response. I asked if my sister can get re-scheduled before the first week of January. She goes to college in Kentucky, and she had scheduled her original appt for her winter break. They are booking out until April 2024. They told me if I call the office on 8th Street, that office would be able to get us both in on 12/18. I called that office, and they are booking out until February 2024. This Perfect Teeth office on Academy is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication."
