"I had the in-brace (more like huge-waste) braces on for 40 months, only to be told I needed to FINISH my treatment with several more rounds of Invisaligners. I was sold on the fact that the results of the in-brace were achieved significantly higher than standard braces & Invisaligners. (as well as the fact that I knew I wouldn’t wear the Invisaligners as much as I should, so I required something more permanent) yet after having the in-brace on for a whopping 40 months, I was finally told there was no way of avoiding finishing my treatment without 6-12 Invisaligner treys. It’s infuriating that I dealt with the huge hassle of these for as long as I did, only to end up with having to wear Invisaligners regardless . The staff was always pleasant, but my treatment plan was never clear, and seemed to change every visit. I’m so frustrated with the Dr at this location that Im now having to drive 30 minutes out of my way to the North location to be seen by competent doctors. My braces were put on in October of 2020; I mainly had 1 or 2 teeth I was concerned with, but nothing crazy and yet here we are in 2024 with another 6-9 months to go….totally ridiculous."

"Started getting my teeth taken care of here. Horrible experience. They slapped an appliance on and didn't tell me any information about how to properly care for the retainer. The staff always seemed grumpy and short. I had to wait 45min past my appointment time for my retainer to be made.... which should have already been ready since the appointment was made far in advance and it was literally just to pick them up. They did not even seem to know the real name for the aligners they put on. Which to me is insane. The male doctor was arrogant. He was rude to the female coworkers around him. Recently moved and switched over to a sister company and that is WAY better."

"Had to give 1 star in order to write a review. Recently moved from Illinois, and, as part of the national SoCo smile group, made an appointment here to have braces removed. At the appointment time, I was told that I would need to come back that afternoon. The office manager then came into room and said that there were no available appointments at any of their offices for weeks. I know why - payment in full was made in Illinois and no money was to be made by this practice for the removal of my braces."

"This place is beyond amazing. The staff are friendly and Dr. Kofford is seriously the best!!! My daughter had her braces 3 years and got them off today 8/30/2023 and they are perfect. We are really sad to be leaving. Bitter sweet you can say haha but the staff and Dr are extremely detailed with any questions you may have. You won't regret going here I promise!!!"
